Afternoon Folks,

It is a miserable day out there today. I am glad I am indoors today.

It was sad to bid farewell to Lindy today she has taught me a lot of how to take care of myself and to help me think positively.It is good to think that she is only a call or email away. Next to visit is my mum and sis this Saturday. Looking forward to see them too. It has been a while since we were together.

My wee gran from Hong Kong phoned me yesterday. It was so nice of her to call me and see how I was. Lindy and I chatted with her for a while and then it was sad to say bye again. She was saying all my relations in Hong Kong was asking for me and wish me a speedy recovery.

Its makes me very humble with all the caring messages from everyone.
