Evening Folks,

Not really in the mood to type. Feeling pretty lousy at present. I had my 5FU pump disconnected at the hospital. Which is a relief as it is this drug that is making me feel nauseous. My fellow patient John kindly offered me a lift into the hospital and it saves Elaine having to chauffeur me in today. Met another cancer patient Des that was on his last cycle of chemo. He had something similar to me and he also had secondary cancer in his liver. Talking to him was good and it help me become more positive towards my condition.

On the food front I had a bowl of chicken and rice soup this afternoon before going for a nap. Elaine made some lovely banana loaf. When I woke up Elaine brought me a couple of slices with a cup of tea.

As it stands Elaine is busy tidying up, as our long time friend Christine is coming over to visit us. It would make a wonderful change to our daily routine to have someone else here to talk to and share our thoughts. As an added advantage Christine provides counselling to cancer patients in her job. So it should turn out to be pretty interesting time.

The news is full of the Ryder Cup today. It is starting tomorrow. I do hope the weather will be good for them. The K-club is just down the road to us. Well 20 mins away and its only a short hop from my work. Pity I'm not a golfing fan. It would be interesting to follow if I am.

Well thats all for now.

Nite all,

Sai
