Hi Folks,
Nice to see you here. :)
I am still getting emails from folks wishing me a speedy recovery and how they like this new web address. As I mention before this was influence by our long time friend Christine and a DVD that was sent to us from my Auntie Lindy. This DVD was called "The Secret". This DVD is informative and it is very Americanise. Another DVD that Christine had bought for us is called "What The Bleep Do We Know". Its on the same theme and both DVDs are for enabling positive thinking and vibes. The information in both forms the backbone of most of today religions on that note I will stop. As religion is one of many subjects that can form long debates that could end up no where. I included the websites of both so just click the hyperlinks. Please visit for your own views. If you sign up to the members area of both websites you get to know a bit more. I am not promoting it in any way whatsoever. Its up to you.
On the subject of my Auntie Lindy, she is coming over to visit us tomorrow and it would be a joy to see her. She is another inspiration for my recovery. We are both looking forward to see you.
As I felt good today...on a mad note I had thought about going back to work..again. But then during a visit to the GP today it was mentioned to me that I should not be in the waiting room with other people as I am very susceptible to catch a cold or virus. The Chemo reduces my white blood cells (T-Cells) so I will have difficulties fighting infections of any kind. Considering winter is near and kids are back at school. Both are conditions that are good for spreading colds and virus.
When we were in Hong Kong in April we noticed that some individuals were wearing surgical masks as we toured the area. We wondered why and then noticed that because of the SARS outbreak not so long ago, anyone that had a cold or sniffles wore a mask to stop the potential of spreading the outbreak. This potential is further multiplied by the densely populated areas of Hong Kong. That doctrine had continue on today. It is also common sense.... Another thing we noticed is that there were anti-bacterial quick drying gel everywhere we went. Even in street corners. Not to be sound too paranoid. Just think what we do when we sneeze or cough. We use our hands to cover up we even teach our kids that. Is there a sink nearby to wash...Of course not. So we go about our daily lives touching door handles and stairs banisters etc... and then someone else touches the that door handle or banister that you had touch after sneezing and coughing..majority of us are right handed..makes you think ehh!!!.. BTW if anyone from work is reading this that's my Goodcatch for this quarter... Walking on the right side and holding the banisters..I always washed my hands after going up the those stairs ever since my visit to Hong Kong. Now I carry some anti-bacterial gel every where I go.
Oh..The visit to the GP was not for me but it was for Elaine and before the flood of emails or comments everything is fine and "no" we are not expecting another baby.
I think I had put enough down today to put you all to sleep. So I sign off now..
Nite All,
Sai

Hang in there Sai and I think I'll take your good catch for my one next quarter. It is disgusting to think about all the germs that can be spread around at work. Quit thinking about coming to work. Trust me you are not missing a thing. I am sorry I haven't had a chance to stop by. I will make the effort soon. Now I am afraid to visit and bring all these bad work germs :0). Just kidding, I'll make sure to wash my hands first. I sure do miss having you at work and I enjoy reading your blogs each day. Glad you are putting a more positive approach into your website. It is good to see.
