Evening Folks,
I am thinking I am getting a handle on the queasy feelings and flushes. Since I am suffering from the runs I need to keep my body filled with solids. In the morning I had a pear for breakfast then for lunch I had a smoothie shake and potato'n'leek soup. Then in the afternoon I started having the symptoms again.
After the afternoon experiences I tried a few things that I was hoping to help my condition. The first thing I did was to eat some solid food and after a while I felt better. So since 5 o'clock I started to have some solid food every 30 mins. It seem to be keeping the queasy feelings and flushes away. I also start to eat some rice as I am hoping it can be broken down for carbs to fuel my body. Maybe that is why I was getting the flushes and the queasy feelings.
Tomorrow plan is to have some porridge for breakfast with some pear on top. A smoothie and something solid for lunch. Then maybe some healthly snacks through out the day. Not sure what is planned for dinner but we will think of something.
Still taking the antibiotics and the Imodium.
