Afternoon All,

Just a quick note...been reading a bit from the BallyBrado site and here's a quick snippet.

"Poisons, and that is what pesticides are, have no role to play in food. Even small amounts have a detrimental effect on our health and life on our planet. I give you an example: 1 part per billion (1/10 of a table spoon per 1 Olympia sized swimming pool) of Atrazine – a pesticide used in maize production in Ireland – is enough to cause sex change in frogs."

Guess what the other chemicals are doing to us???

Well Elaine and I have decided to keep on the organic food trail as much as possible. I think it is about time we started to look at what we eat not only in the food but what the food had been covered or injected with.

Just think kids nowadays are reaching puberty sooner rather than the 13/14 years mark. This early development shows that when they are older they are more likely to contract some form of cancer. So a good nutritional diet is the key to better health. No more junk food in this family...well try our hardest...well everything in moderation.

Well enough for now,

Later,

Sai
