Nothing much to update you all on. I was tempted to go for a nap today but I perceived on. I still haven't started that tax return...too many distractions today for that.
I think I still need to take the Imodium as my output was a bit on the runny side today. I thought that I could do without as I am trying to limit the drugs that I need. I took two at dinner. So they will work for tonight.
It was a shame about the weather today.
My five point plan for recovery...
- Better Nutrition. Cut down on meat products and if eating meat buy organic. Target is to eat 70%-80% raw Veg & Fruit. Rest can be cooked. Veg - Darker- Good, Fruit - Brighter Color - Good
- Take Supplements. Blue/Green Algae, Super greens, Barley Green powder, Multi Vitamins, Vitamin C & D, trace minerals, and Wheat Grass
- Exercise. Get fitter and leaner to step up the metabolisms to fight the cancer cells.
- Eat natural Vitamin B17 rich products. Bitter Apricot Kernals, Casava (topicao), Cranberries, etc
- Last off all be Postive Of The Final Outcome....through meditation and positve thinking.
If I follow the above I will give my body a fighting chance to beat the cancer and return to full health.
