Good Morning Folks,
Mind is whizzing at the moment as I have started out to write some guides/eBooks for Internet security and what else to use the PC with. I also starting a guide on how to Bowel Cancer based on my experiences. From the symptoms, DIY tests, to what to ask at doctors, and things to do post diagnoses. I also started some online ventures that might bring some extra cash in so stay tuned.
I am still feeling great but not sleeping much as my mind is whizzing to many projects to do and only one mind and a pair of hands to do them with. At least it keeps the boredom at bay.
Slept for 5 hours last night and it was deep sleeping so I feel rather refreshed when I woke up. I actually fell asleep medicating...it was all in the space on 5 minutes after my head hit the pillow. Mind you it was 4am in the morning when I fell asleep and woke up at 9am. I was catching up on some TV.
Feeling almost normal except for the bag stuck on my side. No pain in my lump area which is good. Weight is around 12 and half stones. Still having watery output and I now back constantly on the Imodium. I took myself off them for a couple of days. This is the only drug I am taking at the moment except for the food supplements that are also helping me beat my condition.
I also like to thank all these people that email me with their encouragements and good will. I really appreciate it.
The main reason for this blog is maybe highlight the turmoil that I had being through and I am hoping that it also raises the awareness of bowel cancer and also how to prevent it. As a reminder its is the second highest killer after Lung cancer and 1 in 18 person can develop it. The main points are that it is very easy to detect and if caught soon enough it can be prevent the onset of bowel cancer. So eat healthy and exercise more. Cut out or down protein from dead animals and really explore organic sources for meat and veg. Remember the EU are asking scientist to retest 16000 chemicals that had slip through the net during the 70's -90's and also the fact that when our grand parents were the same age as us they had 500 less toxins in their bodies than us now. So it is anyone guess what our kid's future will be like. It sometimes takes an experience like mine to really open the eyes and think about all those supermarket convenience meals. I suggest that when buy that stuff check the label...
Feel free to pass on this blog web address.
That's all for now,
Later,
Sai

Hi Sai,
Conor and I are back from our wedding. It was on Friday and we went to Scotland. We got married at Arnot Tower which is near Leslie. It was raining most of the time while we were there in Scotland but when I pulled up for the wedding, the rain stopped and when we started taking pictures the sun came out. It was a wonderful day.
It sounds like you are doing a lot better. You sure are keeping yourself busy. I am glad to see that!
I hope you and the family are all doing well and I'll stop by soon.
Miss you much,
Karla
