I had been reading Lance Armstrong book all day and had being pondering what to put in today edition. One important thing from the book is the following quote "If you ever get a second chance in life, you've got to go the whole way". So that had been playing in my mind all day. Not sure what direction to take but as you all know me I will find some way...

Something totally off on a tangent...Elaine and I were reading the news online and we came across this breaking news. It makes you wonder if this is just the tip of the iceberg..how long have farmers being duping us consumers and the supermarkets for profit. It makes me more determine to go Organic. Talk about organic Tesco had started to stock organic low fat milk..makes you wonder ehh..

Elaine stock up on our organic vegetables on Friday from the Organic market in Carbury. She was speaking to the owner and managed to acquire an Organic butcher in Birr. According to her this butcher can freeze pack bulk orders. So if anyone is interest in joining in co-buying from him please drop me an email. Apparently he only deals in €100 plus orders...

Back to the Lance Armstrong book. He went on a high vegetable diet and only ate free range chickens as meat during his chemo...another emm thought..stay off red meat and pork...
