Morning Folks,

First off thank you all for the encouraging emails and texts. I will try my hardest to reply asap.

My PC is in the beginnings of an upgrade and I have just finished backing up my data. So tomorrow I will attempt the hardware upgrade. It will keep me occupied for a while.

Not much happening here today. Still in the midst of chemo blues. I had started to feel nauseous again tonight which is a bit strange, as I felt fine all day. Mid drift pains has subsided a bit but the lump in my back side has a dull constant ache. I am still drug free and I am bearing well. I will start on the supplements and juicing again tomorrow. I had been feeling the cold during the day and I find that the best place to keep warm is in bed. I really can't stand the cold at present and it makes my feet numb. Talk about my feet the soles are still discolored and it looks like the black pigment is not going away in the near future. C’est La Vie !!!

I had convince myself not to worry about the cancer coming back and am on the path of recovery. If I was in a hot country, it would make it more bearable than here in the midst of winter. The whole house gets cold during the day.


On the relationship front Elaine and I had started talking again. Kids are okay too. I started to introduce Ethan to some documentaries and nature programs. The other two are still interested in their cartoons. He seem to find them fascinating. We sat and watch the Super Volcano program tonight,he seem to enjoy it. He kept asking me if this program was for real, I said it is not but the situations may happen in his lifetime.America seem to the place not to be in for the next 50 or so years. They have the potential of a mega earth quake in the north west that can have tsunami conditions that will flood most of that coast. Then there is potential of a super volcano at Yellowstone national park that can cause the next ice age and don't forget that you have the old faithful San Andres fault on that coast line too. Phew! it make you wonder a bit. If America does not destroy itself then mother nature will...I have nothing against America but facts are facts..
