Another Day

Hi Folks,

Nothing much seem to be worth written about. Family is doing well and so am I. I had a little trouble with my stoma and I took some mottilum to help with it. I also made some herbal soup that help me flush it out...Now the bloated feeling and pain is gone. Mind you I still having slight trouble with my lower colon. I won't mention anymore...

We had our friend Jude over for a Lunch today and 3 guys from work came and visit us last night. It was good to catch up with all the news and gossip especially from work. Their were rumours that there might be more redundancy at work. Around 100 people are require to go. But nothing had been announced in the official channels and for now its just rumours...

Still pondering on getting the study sorted...Did a bit of filing today and sorted out my OU stuff. I will need to get started on that soon..

Well as there is nothing much to add I bid you folks goodnight..

BTW I give my blog a small face lift...
