I'm Not Bothered

Evening Folks,

Well another day is over and I still hanging in there. John called me today, it usually happens like that I keep thinking about calling him and then out of the blue he calls me. I don't mean not calling him I mentioned that I keep thinking of calling him and at the same time I keep forgetting to call him, I think it's due to my absent mindless. Anyway we had a good chat and I voiced my concerns about my condition. He agrees with me for my peace of mind that I should push for more information next Tuesday.

At the mo I am vegging in front of the fire. I think I will retire early tonight as I went to bed a bit later last night and woke early today.

Nothing much happening at the moment. I have been thinking of upgrading my graphics card on my PC and monitor. But hen I had second thoughts as finances is a bit tight at the moment. The mortgage just wiped out our account. Also I read in the Inquirer that new and better LCD's monitor and TV's are coming out the this year. Another is that the biggest web based retailer Newegg is heading over to Europe. They already established in France...

I am doing my bit for the good of the rest of human kind and have installed BOINC on my PC's its a neat program that uses the concept of desktop grid computing. I used to have the worldgrid agent running but that was conflicting with my firewall program so I researched the problem and the easiest solution was to use BOINC. It also have a neat feature that allows other projects to be loaded at the same time. As I mentioned in a post last month. My USENET provider Easynews rewards its subscribers with free downloads if the subscriber joins their team for desktop grid computing. It is worth 2Gs per month for every 15 days worth of desktop grid computing. My PC is downloading and idle so I use the idle time for desktop grid computing. You never know what may be discovered. Cure for Cancer or new wonder drugs or even life out with Earth...The easiest way to use it is to first sign up at BAM (Boinc Account Manager). Once done download and install BOINC. When it ask to enter a project url just can cancel it. Head back to to BAM and select the project you want to join. Once done BAM will automatically join these projects for you. Then head back to BOINC program and log into the account manager with your details. After that its all automatic. Any probs just ask...
