Almost There...

Good Afternoon Folks,

I am feeling much better today. My sore bit in my head is almost gone. It must be related to the lack of sleep. My gut is better now. It only hurts slightly if I turn in my sleep. I had stopped taking the meds for that to see if I can improves things myself. The meds were giving me more discomforts than it meant to stop. I think I must had slept for about 5 hours last night. Although I woke up twice in between.

The good thing is my appetite is back and I am eating normal again. I made a nice cod and prawn curry last night with some spinach and chopped potatoes thrown in. It was nice and everyone enjoyed it except for Ethan. He is getting a lot fuzzy with his food these days. He like bland stuff and 8/10 times covered in Heinz tomato ketchup....I made him fish fingers and waffles..

I finally caught with Sky "The Lost Room". Interesting concept and storyline. I think it is based loosely on a Robert A Heinlein story...I could be wrong..as usual I can't remember the story title. But basically its a story of a guy stumbling into an secret door that takes him to a long corridor that have doors in it. These doors are entrances to different worlds. The guy is a cop and he was investigating a crime when he finds the door..

I been surfing the web and it is amazing the ingenious ways people can circumvent copy protection. As I said before if it is man made it can always be compromise. Check out the inquiry. It had a story about the the Wii modchip and how with it it is possible to bypass the copy protection and play backup games. Also I read that Sony PSP new firmware was hacked in 24 hours after it was officially released.

Okay those thinking of upgrading their PC to the new Vista. It has been known that the upgrade versions are cheaper. For people building their own PCs from scratch there is a work around to use it on a clean system. Personally I am sticking to XP until the bugs are iron out of Vista.

I you are into Sci Fi and Fantasy. There is a load of audio books on usenet. Head over to Newzbin to look and see what interest you.

Next week this time will be my last Chemo treatment for a while..

Well time for Lunch...

Later,

Sai
