Not doing too great today !!!

Morning Folks,

Despite a restful sleep of 5 hours last night I am feeling the worst for a long while. I have pains and aches all over my body and I am taking everything that is going to stop these pains. My stoma pain is still there and I am increasing my Buscopan dose to twice a day. It usually give me relief for about 8 hours and then the pain will start coming back. In between these episodes I am having the hot sweaty flushes to contend with. These are most annoying at the moment. I feel as if I could not regulate my body temperature at all. My feet and hands still feel like blocks of ice no matter what I do...they did say that as the number of cycle increase the side effects do too. I think I am falling into the normal cycle of the side effects as a lot of people worst days are from Friday to Sunday. I usually feel better on these days...but not this time round.

Stoma wise the new bags are working fine. I dearly wish that I did not have it. It is so depressing especially when I feel so sick and worse still the night time visits to the toilet to empty it. I usually bump myself off the walls going to the toilet. Once I nearly fell as I tripped on the quilt on the way past the bed...

Aside from all this doom and gloom the upside is that I have one more to go...
