Waiting can be a chore...

Hi Folks,

Sometimes the day can fly past and sometimes it does not. This week had been dragging all the time. Its the anticipation of waiting for the next thing to happen to me that is keeping my mind occupied. Mind you the waiting can be a blessing in disguise.

I went to see our GP yesterday as I had a sore throat. It has been annoying me for a few days now. So I thought I better get it checked out. He suggested to a decongestion medication. So that is what I am taking now. It is helping but I still have a sore throat. The nurse Mary was suggesting that I keep away from crowded places as there is a nasty flu about. She said that there a lot people that are affected with it. So I am staying in for another few days to help my white blood cells recover. I am still suffering from the numbness. Nothing much I can do about except to ignore it.
