Hi Folks,
I had been feeling a bit down again today. I had one of these nose bleed episode with my stoma yesterday when I changed out the gear. It seem to be a common theme every time I do a change. No matter how careful I am I still manage to create some blood flow. The flow stopped after a minute. But that feeling of despair hang around much longer. Well I am over it now and am feeling more tired than before. This lack of sleep is not helping me either...
I had started to tidy out the study (aka messy room) and found a problem. There is no where to store my stuff that make it handy to find quickly...well I sort it out one way or another..
Well I'm off to bed. I had a late night last night (this morning 4AM)
