Dawn Chorus

Hi Folks,

The dawn chorus is about to start outside. It is very peaceful to hear and it helps me to sleep. Yep I am having trouble to sleep tonight. Apart from a number 2 problem I am fine. No major mishaps today and if I do get a 6 hr straight sleep this morning. I will be fine for the rest of the day. If not I will be groggy...

We went to the leisure club BBQ tonight. Food was nice. It has been the most I ate at one sitting for a long time. We even had a dessert...All in all a good night. We left after the raffle. We didn't win anything. :(

Our car will not be ready for another week. Something about a delay in a door for the boot. Elaine is not happy with this and is taking this further with the insurance and also with Mazda.

The only bit of news is that I am due to meet up with my oncologist next Tuesday to discuss the next steps for my treatment or recovery plan...
