Hello,
Sai still sleeping most of the time today.When i arrived in i found the nurse who is minding him today and asked how he'd been.She told me he'd been sick but then said it was after they gave him some pills-hello! nil by mouth,does that not include pills?I'm no doctor but seems simple that he shouldn't be swallowing anything other than ice chips.His morphine pump is working away and his tum has gone down a bit,not a vast difference but a difference nonetheless drain in his nose/tum isn't working too well so they decided he needed an xray,yet another,to check where the tube is as it might be in the wrong position.I wasn't too happy of another xray,more radiation and asked can it not be done by ultrasound.The nurse said she'd get the reg Miriam to talk to me but she didn't come and the porters came to take Sai to x-ray-well in saying that a dr from the pain team talked to me about the x-ray,so it was probably the best thing to do.
He was definitely looking a bit better today.Hopefully now he's on the mend and this is getting better.And,he phoned when I was putting Ethan to bed so that's a step forward as he hadn't phoned or texted at all.Anyway,we'll see what tomorrow brings.

Michael is fine-he called me! Only because i was onto the school and concerned about not hearing from him yesterday,so the teacher accompanying him asked him to call me-what's he like?He's staying in the basement (Home Alone sprang to mind when he told me that!)He's happy anyway so that's a relief.

Anyway,we'll see what tomorrow brings,nite.xxx
ps Last night i said this was the same as last time with fluid around abdomen but meant to say it ISN'T the same-as it's gas in Sai's tum not fluid.
