Evening Folks,

It was pump off day today and John picked me up and we travelled together to the hospital for disconnecting the pump. It is always a relief when that happens as it is the start of the good days. It is also refreshing to chat to someone with the same condition.

My reaction to the chemo this time round have been manageable, the only annoying thing is the nausea feeling now and again. It just appears out of no where and without warning. I find that mediating and resting makes it go away. Sometimes just ignoring it works too. I am trying to minimise the number of drugs I am taking. So this time round I am only taking Emend, Zofran and Protium. I should finish with these by Saturday.

All in all I am being very up beat with this round of chemo and I am looking forward to the good days ahead. I will be spending more time with the kids to get them interested in some science and technology. Especially the two eldest.

It's another day over and another day closer to be totally free of this condition.

Later,

Sai
