Evening Folks,

Nothing much happening today. It was sad to bid farewell to Elaine's sister and nephew. They were good company for all of us.

On the recovery front I am feeling much more nauseous than last time. This maybe due the antibiotics I am taking along with my other anti nausea drugs. The good thing is that the other side effect with the sensitivity of the cold has reduced a lot. A lot more tired than last week.

There is a lot of press about Nutritional Heath both on TV and the newspapers. Maybe there is a big awareness happening in the world. Even Disney has a bit on Sky news that they are not selling junk food anymore in their theme parks and are offering "healthier options". They also decided not to renew their contract with MacDonald's.
On the same note apparently the village of Boston in England have the highest percentage of obese people in England. There is a family of four there, of the four the lightest is 18st. When they go shopping together they need to take two taxis. The taxi company said that the combine weight in one taxi lowers the suspension too much and when the taxi goes pass a speed bump on the road the underside of the taxi gets damaged....

I never ventured out for a walk today as I felt really tired so I decided to go for a rest. Elaine and her sister and nephew went out for lunch, so I took the opportunity for some peace and quiet to mediate and rest afterwards.

On that note I off to bed for the night.

Nite all,

Sai
