Morning Folks,

Here I am again. I have gloves on to type as my fingertips are still getting sore as they hit the keys.

Anyway I had a panic or anxiety attack last night. I think it was because I stopped taking my pain killer tablets Zydol at night time. Instead I took some paracetamol tablets before I went to bed last night. They did say that Zydol can be a bit additive. So I have a slight discomfort in my backside where my tumor is today. Nothing that the old mind can handle. Elaine help to calm me down and I started to practice my deep breathing exercises and using the mantra that my cousin Jo sent me. I fell back to sleep after that.

Notice that I losing a bit more hair each day. By this rate I might be bald for Xmas. I know Elaine doesn't like me in a tammy as she said that I look like a ball head in one. But since I have lost some weight since the last time I was in one it might be the appropriate head dress for me this winter.

I have been doing a bit of surfing and stumble onto the The National Cancer Registry Ireland. It makes some interesting reading. One of the headline is "Cancer atlas shows high incidence of prostate and bowel cancer in Ireland compared to the UK" Makes you sit up and think...that was published in 2005. The latest news is "New Report Predicts 90% Increase in Cancer Numbers in 15 Years" That is published in June of this year. Well the facts are figures are there for all to see.

Getting ready to head back to hospitial to have my pump disconnected.
