Evening Folks,

I managed to sleep through the night which is pretty good for me. Last night I took a sleeping tablet to calm my mind down. Feel very refreshed when I woke up. Headache is still there even after I took some Nurofen during the night after a visit to the toilet. Think its one of the nagging headaches. Its almost gone now..

We got up about 9'ish and Elaine took the boys off to swimming. Which left me in piece and quiet for a couple of hours. In a better mode today but the kids were driving Elaine mad as they got ready for swimming. Kids be kids..but I banned the two oldest from gaming for a week as they were messing a lot and it takes a lot to get Elaine mad...

I manage to recover my iTune library and sorted that out. So now I'm a happy camper again. Now I trying to sort out that Freecom media center it streams okay but the I cannot play files from its HD. Bit strange as I took off some of the files from it and then streamed them to the it and they worked. Thinking I need to partion the HD in the media center as I stuck a 250G drive in it...

Well I think I might have lost a few of you now...I'll end it here before I dig myself deeper with more techie talk.

I off to read the Sunday papers and have a cuppa of Jasmine tea..
