Morning Folks,

It is a lovely morning today. The sun is out and beaming in through the bedroom window. Elaine is expecting friends over for lunch and she is in a fangle getting the place tidy. At least lunch is cooked just to heat it back up and prepare a salad.

I being noticing that my nails are growing a bit faster than normal and the skin around my nails are darker. I also been having pins and needles at night time when I have my hands on my chest while I am sleeping. Maybe it is just bad circulations. Just noticed that they are nearly normal color now. I was swinging them about earlier..

My crocs shoes arrived today. So that is a plus for walking about the house in them. They are meant to be very comfy to wear.

Anyone have to go as our friends have arrived and I need to get changed. I have a habit of lounging in my PJs till the afternoon. It is a bad habit to have. I only started last week after chemo due to the fact I was sleeping a lot.

Talks about sleeping. I am now having trouble with through the night. Only manage 3 hours last night. Then I kinda dozed till 7'ish and then I got up at 8'ish. I have been having hot and cold flushes again. This time round they are not as severe as cycle 3 & 4. But they are annoying especially during the night. I have my wee tammie close by to put on during the night when a cold flush happens. Elaine finds it funny when she wakes up and see me in it. At least it keeping my head warm. As they say 20% of body heat is lost via the head..
