Morning Folks,

Lovely morning it is. I am not sure how this round of chemo is affecting me as I do not feel as energetic as before also my motivation is way low this time round. My appetite have almost disappeared and I have to force myself to eat and drink. One thing I do notice is that the cold is affecting me a lot. I am on three layers now just to move about the house in comfort. I think the cold is making me sleep more than normal. Anyway I woke up at 4:30am this morning feeling a bit peckish. So I made myself some noodles and broccoli with some left over Chinese sausages. Felt better after that. Maybe today is the turning point for this round. Nausea feeling is almost gone and I have stopped my anti nausea medications as of last night. Today I am drug free apart from the chemo drugs in my system.

The lump in my backside is making itself known again, but then I feel as if the chemo drugs are nibbling at it to cause the pain. So lets call it a good thing and I will get over it.

Elaine have been great as she is making me eat and drink. She was disappointed with the delivery of the new suite as she had all the excitement of a new suite dashed by the damaged legs. We propped up that side with some magazines so that we could sit on it. It seem to be working for now. We have the number for the head office and will be on the phone to them first thing in the Monday morning.

A lot of people that we know are eating more healthy than normal. Also Bally Brado is doing a good at present. The delivery guy Tony said that business has picked up recently...

Well the next milestone is Monday for my CT scan. The only drawback is that I have to fast from midnight on Sunday and then when I get to the hospital I have to consume one litre of this barium contrast (I think that's what it is called) before my scan. It does not taste good either...

Better sign off for now as I am just blithering...

Later,

Sai
