Evening Folks,
Just a quick update...I had been in good form today. We ventured out to the cafe for lunch and ended up in our friend's Jude and Pete for a while. Then after that I just vegged out watching TV at home. Elaine went to Tesco and did a wee shopping.
The only complaint I have is my stoma again. I changed out the gear last night after a bath and it has not been the same since. I somehow scrape the protrusion and it was gushing with blood..like a nose bleed. It stopped and I continued to replaced the gear. Now its stinging...Just have to bear it and grin for a while..I don't think there is much I can do about it.
Well I am looking forward to see my Mum tomorrow....
