Bonsai...!!!

Hi Folks,

Well it was another eventful day today :-( Not really...Elaine and I went out to Liffey Valley to hunt down a scarf I lost but it was no where to be found...Anyway the weather is getting warmer. We went to scout out ideas to do up the ensuite. It is getting dated and the paint is peeling due to the dampness. We wanted to tile it all...we need to budget this in with all our other expenses.

Feeling tired after our little trip but I could not sleep when I went for a rest. The sore throat thing is getting worse. It feel like a toothache where the pain is at the mo. This is keeping me from sleeping too as last night was the worst night for a long while.

Well enough of the moaning...I went and bought one of these lateral stepper machines today with some tokens from the work. It was set at the lowest setting and after 100 repetitions I can feel my leg muscles tensing up. Gez I am in a bad state..I need to keep this up to help me when I go for surgery.
