Mammia Mia !!!

Evening Folks,

We venture out to the point tonight to see Mammia Mia. It as fab to be out and to enjoy the show. Its was my first proper musical, not counting pantos...

It was good to go out and forget the woes of home life. My stoma has been given me hassle and was getting me down a bit. I changed out the gear and the protrusion has grown a bit longer and the part closet to my skin was dripping with blood last night. I must disturbed the clot when I peeled away the adhesive backing. I got over it and now I be more careful next time round. I check the bag output and it is not bloody so I think I sealed the wound again.

I am still having trouble to sleep as I did not take any sleeping pills this time round. I think I better take one tonight as I really need my sleep. Also my gut hurts every time I turn in my sleep. Which does not helps matters.

So I off to bed now...
