Ahoy Mateys...

Hi Folks,

Well we finally made it out to see the latest Pirates Of The Caribbean movie. I think I have to watch the second one again to refresh my memory...but it was very enjoyable. The script was brilliant and the action was good too. I do have to tell you that most people leave during the credits. Well there is a hidden scene just after the credits. So people that left too soon will not see it...

We actually went to Mullingar to the IMC to see the movie and wow what an enjoyable experience we were going to go to Liffey Valley but thought we head the opposite direction. It reminds us of the local cinema in the US. Also it was cheaper too. Saved around €10 from Liffey Valley...Well we spent that on sweets and pop corn..

Afterwards we stop off at the Monastery Inn in Clonard for dinner. Well stay away from the chowder and the sea food pasta. Both were from the same pot and taste the same. The Salmon was lovely I'm told. Michael had that and Elaine loved the sauce. Then there were the chunky chips...yummy.

Well as you suspect I am in good form today. I went to bed but could not sleep so I got up again and watched TV till 4am. I woke up at 10am so I had a good 6 hours sleep. Which is good for me. I usually get 2-3 hours on the trout then doze the rest of the night away.

My wound is doing great. It is much shallowly and healing fine. The only residue discomfort is my bowels. If I can overcome the need to go many times during day, I would be ecstatic. Ohh !!! I forgot about the gas too...anyway not to worry..all in good time.

Well I'm off for an early night...
