Wind...

Hi Folks,

My Bowel situation is getting better but last night it took me a long time to settle before I could fall asleep. All to due with to much wind. This situation is reminding of the days before I was diagnosed. So I am not taking any chances and I am going to see the surgical team next week for a check up. Just in case some under mining thing is brewing up.

A member of my area Palliative care team came to visit me today. She said that I should had been on their books from when I was diagnosed. She mentioned that she had spoken to my GP and he had told her that he wrote a referral for me last year. She said that she could find any records of the referral. So now I am now on their books and she mentioned that I am entitled to a lot of services that will help my family and me to cope with my illness. Just to think we could had done with this help from the beginning and not groping in the dark...it is a lesson well learnt.

Our Harry Potter books finally arrived today. On Play.com when I checked last week they had been posted on the 13th and 16th of July. So I thought great they will come close to the launch date. When they did not I check again yesterday, the posted date had changed to the 20th and 21st of July. I was going to write a snooty email to them but I was too tired last night. Luckily I did not. Jordan was ecstatic when they arrived as he had been reading the other books for a while now.

I am now eating again which is good as I have lost 4 pounds the last two weeks. As long as I eat small regularly meals I should be okay.

Mopsy have arrived. Elaine Mum sent a companion in the post for Flopsy. She is a battery operated loop ear rabbit just like Flopsy. I might get the kids to take some vidz and photos. They also need to update her bebo web page as well. It will give them something to do.
