Monday-in one week

Evening Folks,
So-CT hasn't been conclusive at all as it's hard to see what's going on.The surgical team are coming back on board now to help try sort this.They think it's less likely,but still a possibility that it's a twisted bowel.Told us that it's going to go one of three ways-either twisted bowel and taking it's time to correct itself (thanks 'gen' for your comment!) or could be tumour(s) blocking the bowel or could be scar tissue/adhesions from surgery-so there you have it.Sai had another x-ray,yes another, but Prof Keane spoke to him b4 that,so he's going to look at all pics and see what he thinks.He did tell Sai that if he was to operate it would be a BIG operation.His registrar spoke to us both when i was in visiting and he said that if there was cancer in there when they opened Sai up then it could be fatal.ok.

Sai is a bit morphine head today but he did say there on phone that he doesn't want an op.I do think it's scar tissue and the fact that he is passing wee bits of wind shows that the bowel isn't competely blocked.

Good news-the spots on his liver have shrunk with the chemo,so that's great! So surely anything else lurking there would have shrunk too?I need to ask the docs that.Sai does look good too and he's happy because-----he has his own room now-at last! Admissions must have got fed up to back teeth of him phoning everyday and he got me to phone too.He's in the McGuire Ward now.He's not even allowed to drink now-he is dreaming and obsessing about food.I would starve for him to be able to eat,he loves his food.I can't even juice anything for him.He has a 2nd pump on too to stop bile production in his stomach-this might help things.At least he doesn't have to see dinner etc coming around to othr patients-he made me pull the curtains round today as he couldn't bear to see folk eating.

I'm really tired and the phone was going a lot tonight but had to read Ethan a story as all energy is other places at the moment.Michael's back tonight,think his mob phone is out of credit as he hasn't texted at all for past 2 days-ah well,he'll soon be home.Off now.Think Sai will be in for a while-someone suggested Intel might sort out internet connection for Sai as it's like his arm is missing when he's without it-so,Hi Intel,what do you think? I mean this is his 6th stay in hospital in a year-a break would be nice:) .
