Afternoon Folks,
Feeling better today after yesterday regime. Slept okay and Elaine said that the dark rings around my eyes are fading. Before I looked as if I had two black eyes..really. I now have just normal baggy eyes. So another couple nights of good slept will do me a lot of good...
Again thank you all for your encouraging emails and comments.
I think I have enough material now to start a book...what do you think???
I'm just glad to feel good today.

Hi All,
Glad you are feeling a bit better. I hear you have my mother over there now. One of these days I will make it over with her, it was just bad timing as I have an exam next Friday so trying to study.
Give her lots of work to do, she gets too many holidays as it is!
