May Already !!!

Morning Folks,

Apologies for not posting yesterday. I was a bit under the weather as I definitely over did it on Sunday. Washing the car...what was I thinking about. I think it was the pain killers as I only took them less than 1 hour before I washed the car. Well Elaine and her mum would not let me forget it all day yesterday. They would not even let me carry my own cup of tea...mind you I was in agony with a pain just below my stoma.

When I am sleeping and when my tummy relaxes I get shooting pains which literally make me leap out of bed. I think these are what jerking me awake during the night and keeping me awake too. These happens more often when the pain killers effect are due to run out...

Well I off to get ready and then its off to Liffey Valley to pick up my spectacles. I do hope that they had been repaired. We also need to visit the bank to pay off some outstanding bills...
