Hi Folks,
It has been a weird day for me today. I still could not sleep and on top of that I have constipation. So its a typical day for me...I did manage to catch a few hours sleep this afternoon. Apart from these I am doing great. I am still not trying to do too much as I know I will be suffering later.
Elaine was out most of the morning sorting out Michael medical forms in Navan and I had asked her get some scallops. When she got home I made a quick stir fry with noodles and it was divine to eat...
In the evening I started gettting pains aroung my stomach and I had a lot of gas that had to go. It was not a present experience at all and it lasted a good 3 hours...
Elaine's friend had arrived from Glasgow and they are busy chatting downstairs. She will be with us till Sunday. It is nice have her here.
